About Crin Danielson

I grew up in Auburn and have always called the South Sound home, even during a stint playing volleyball on scholarship in New Mexico. When I came back, I spent 20 years working behind the counter at a local coffee shop, learning what people in this community actually need and worry about. That experience shapes how I work as a real estate agent: I listen first, explain clearly, and stay with you through the whole process.

I love helping first-time buyers find a home that fits their life. I also enjoy spotting the flip potential in a property for clients who are ready for that kind of project. As a mother of three active kids, I understand that a house has to work for real life, not just look good online.

Questions people ask before calling

Does the first call cost anything?
No. The first call is a free 30-minute conversation, with no obligation to work together afterward.
Am I locked into anything if we talk?
No. Talking is just talking. There is no contract or commitment until you decide you want to move forward.
What if I am six months or more away from buying or selling?
[CRIN TO SUPPLY: confirm or edit this draft: "That's fine. A lot of my conversations start well before someone is ready to list or buy. I'm happy to answer questions now and stay in touch until the timing is right."]
How do you get paid?
[CRIN TO SUPPLY: answer — commission structure is legally sensitive post-2024 NAR settlement changes to buyer-agent compensation disclosure; needs your real, current answer]
Do you work with buyers and sellers both?
[CRIN TO SUPPLY: answer, including seller-weighted vs buyer-first stance — flagged unresolved in section 0.5 of the design brief]
Which neighborhoods do you know best?
Tacoma, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, University Place, Gig Harbor, Auburn, Kent, and Federal Way, plus the areas around them.
